  Service very very poor. Didn't have my full order when ask where my chips were i was told I didn't order them so i ordered more because I only had my card which apparently you can only use for over 10 pounds i was completely ignored very rude staff. What food we had was very average with very high prices. I used to love this place but certainly will not enter this place again. Don't even want to give any stars

  Dreadful steak, literally more fat and gristle than meat, sub par for service. Staff unfazed by complaint, avoid eating here.

  I eat meat, and the menu here also pleased a friend suffering from vegetarianism. On the day there is no wind in Porthcawl sitting outside with the traffic looks like an often opted option, inside is quite convivial, though dark. While we sat a man quietly made a woman cry, they sat, she sobbed, he was too old for her anyway.

  Terrible service, one of the ladies serving ignored my mother when there was an issue with the food that was ordered. The issue was left unresolved. The prices for the food was overly priced for what you got. They also charged for something that we never had (that was the unresolved issue) so I recommend when going to this specific place for food that you make sure that you get a full receipt once you have paid to make sure you get what you've paid for! Would never ever go there again. Good customer service doesn't cost a penny.
